Mental Health for Professional Organizers

Presented by Trish Jenkins

The pandemic’s effect on mental health and productivity is far reaching. As a professional organizer, you are constantly pouring into the lives of others, so it’s vital to protect your own mental health to ensure you are ready to help clients. This presentation will equip you with practical strategies to build resilience and help you respond to your clients and loved ones with your best mindset.

Trish Jenkins will not only bring her inspiring story of imprisonment and turnaround, but she will also share her “Shift and Lift” strategies that enabled her to overcome difficult people, seemingly hopeless circumstances, and her own limitations to become an international speaker and author. You don’t have to go to prison to feel trapped and hopeless. The good news is your jailbreak is at hand!

About the Speaker

Trish Jenkins never expected her job would land her in prison! A wife and mother of three little girls, Trish was unwittingly caught up in a funds management scandal. Her boss stole millions of dollars from clients, including Trish. As a result, she fell in breach of the Corporations Act. Yet she learned more in 8 months in prison than 20 years in the business world. She learned the strongest prison bars are in your head! Today, organizations hire Trish to share her inspiring story and its keys that unlock resilience, enable leaders and teams to adapt to change, and face the future with confidence.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, we will only cancel if power is out for necessary meeting managers, in which case, meeting registrants will be emailed.
