Zoom will allow participants to interact with each other via audio and video on their computer, tablet or smartphone app in a real virtual meeting (optional alternative audio available by telephone) where we will be able to see and listen to each other in real dialog.

Speakers: Susan Kousek and Jody Al-Saigh

Susan Kousek, of Balanced Spaces, LLC, is a former software trainer who has taught hundreds of government employees how to use Windows File Explorer to manage their digital files using course materials she developed. As a professional organizer and productivity consultant since 1990, she helps small businesses and individuals restructure their digital filing system so documents can be found by all who need to access them. 

The title of Kousek's presentation is: Why Can't My Clients Find Their Digital Documents and How Can We Help Them?


Jody Al-Saigh founded Picture Perfect Organizing in 2008. She is also a member of The Photo Managers as a certified Pro Photo Manager. Prior to founding her business, Jody was a graphic design and print production professional for 10 years.

Jody will speak about all things photo organizing! The presentation will cover how to work with clients on the different apps available for storage and editing of photos, getting photos and artwork scanned, digitally organizing by themes and de-duping images, using searchable keywords, sharing photos online, and backing up your digital photo collection.

In the event of bad weather, we will only cancel if power is out for necessary managers, in which case, meeting registrants will be emailed.
