Working with Hoarders
Presented by Cris Sgrott-Wheedleton of
Organizing Maniacs &
Kevin Wheeler of 123JUNK

Professional organizer, speaker and author, Cris Sgrott-Wheedleton, CPO®, CPO-CD® came to the organizing profession by accident when she was downsized by the economy ten years ago. Searching for an outlet to foster her intuitive nature, embrace her desire to help people and her natural ability to help clients with brain based challenges, she founded Organizing Maniacs in 2007.
In addition to holding the CPO®, CPO-CD® credentials, Cris has her Master Trainer certification from ICD. She is a member of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), IOCDF (International OCD Foundation), a subscriber of ICD (Institute for Challenging Disorganization), and was selected to do after- care for the TV show, Hoarders, on A&E.

Kevin Wheeler grew up in the junk removal business. At 16 years old, he joined his brother Collin as 123JUNK's first employee. He worked on and off the trucks through high school and college. Shortly after graduating Radford University, Kevin
decided to accept a business development role with the company doing what he enjoys the most; interacting with people and cultivating relationships. Kevin recently celebrated his three year anniversary in this role.
123JUNK has worked with tens of thousands of local clients, many of which have suffered from Hoarding or CD tendencies, who find tremendous benefit in the de-cluttering services they provide.
Do you find yourself calling all of your messy clients “Hoarders”? There is a difference between Hoarding and Chronic Disorganization. In this presentation you will learn how to tell the difference between the two. You will walk away understanding the ICD Clutter Hoarding Scale. We will give you 3 strategies to better work with Messy Clients to help you have successful long lasting relationships with them.
Refreshments will be served.
