About Me

Samira Farmer joined the team at Doyle, Auctioneers & Appraisers in 2005 as the Business Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Advisory where she aids in business development, valuations & appraisals, and divestment strategy for private clients, fiduciaries, and institutions through-out the Mid-Atlantic region. Samira grew up in Chevy Chase, MD and received her M.A. from Parson’s School of Design/ Smithsonian in the History of Decorative Arts, specializing in 20th Century Furniture and Industrial Design. As a native Washingtonian, Samira is active in the arts community and is proud to lend support to many local arts organizations including Hillwood Museum & Gardens and the Washington Winter Antiques Show.
