About Me
Bill Floyd, RN holds degrees in finance and nursing. He is experienced working with elderly and special needs clients. Bill has provided direct patient care in the long-term acute care setting and served as the Director of Nursing in the private Home Care Sector. In addition, he has served as a Clinical Liaison for a large intravenous home therapy corporation where he was responsible for educating and training patients on a variety of intravenous therapies. Bill is dedicated to supporting Paladin Life Care’s mission, vision, and values. Working collaboratively with Paladin Life Care’s executive, nursing, and client care teams, he ensures that each client’s unique needs and wishes are addressed and reflected in their customized care plans. Client satisfaction is of paramount importance to Bill and Paladin Life Care. He believes in timely client and care team communication to proactively address a client’s evolving needs and priorities.
