After careers in banking, public relations and non-profit advocacy, I finally realized my true calling was professional organizing in 2009 when I started working with friends and family on their paper and physical organizing challenges and I have never looked back. As the daughter of a US diplomat growing up in Africa and Asia with frequent family moves, I got an early start on the social and organizing skills I have come to rely on in my work. Over the past ten years since Order Your Life was founded, my business has grown to include digital organizing, daily money management, downsizing and move management. What I personally love to do more than anything else is help people manage their paper, electronic files, and digital life so that they can enjoy the peace that comes with knowing everything is in order. Our Order Your Life team is active in providing residential clients the tools they need to get organized, stay organized, and stop feeling overwhelmed. Our move management team works with realtors, homeowners, and senior citizens to handle the stressful and backbreaking details of moving such as downsizing, packing, home staging, and organized unpacking and settling in. Additionally, team members provide senior support services -- such as daily money management and errand running -- as well as decluttering and organizing services that our residential clients in the D.C.-metro area have come to depend on.
