Book Club
The book club meets every other month. The Meeting location is currently held in Bethesda, MD. The meetings are held at 7 pm. This is a great opportunity to share knowledge and network. Books are chosen by the group. The schedule and the upcoming books are posted in the Chapter newsletter, Capital News & Views.
Newsletter
Capital News & Views is published 10 times a year. The latest issue is accessible from the NAPO-WDC About Us page. Members can access archives through the Members’ Only section of the web site.
Each issue leads with an article on the presenter at our upcoming
meeting.
It provides information about our members, resources, events and
industry news.
“The benefits of belonging to the Washington,
DC Metro Chapter of NAPO are immeasurable. As a member, you can
push your limits by serving on the board, preparing speeches and
panel presentations, writing articles for the newsletter, and writing
content for the chapter web site. Each experience you have adds
another skill to your repertoire.”
